We also provide the equipment needed to enjoy classes at our center. We have light hand weights, mats, exercise tubes, as well as resista-balls for your use. All you need is a good pair of shoes designed for the activity you will be doing (aerobic or crosstraining shoes), light-weight and comfortable clothing which allows you to move, and YOU!
